How can I be assured the quality of the freelancers?

Like any recruitment, there is no measuring tool to guarantee quality of the candidate. Therefore to mitigate this risk, we are more than happy to arrange an interview between yourself and the candidate, so you have a chance to personally chat and assess their suitability for your project before committing to hiring them.

Additionally, when onboarding new freelancers, we request they provide:

• Valid personal ID/Passport – rights to work

• Proof of business registration

• Insurance documents (Professional Indemnity and Public Liability)

• Academic certificate

• ICH-GCP Certificate

If I’m not satisfied with the quality of work provided by the freelancer / independent contractor, what should I do?

The freelancer or independent contractor will be working with your project team directly. We recommend speaking with them in the first instance. In the unlikely event additional support is required, Freelance Clinical can step in to intervene and help achieve a mutually acceptable resolution. On the flip side, a similar approach is adopted if a freelancer requires support.
